Jeff holds a B.S.E.E. cum laude from Polytechnic University (now part of NYU), an M.S.E.E. from Northeastern University, and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. He provides in-depth intellectual property law and technical expertise in, among other disciplines, software, electronics, computer technologies, information technologies, signal processing, VoIP, and e-commerce. Jeff has served as lead counsel in a long list of high profile intellectual property cases before trial and appellate courts around the country. SorinRoyerCooper is a new and expanding law firm serving the early stage, emerging growth and middle market sectors. The firm, founded by three veterans of major law firms, has locations in Conshohocken, PA, East Brunswick, NJ, and New York, NY.
