David Garber, President of Princeton Legal Search Group, LLC interviewed in a NJ Law Journal article: “GC Compensation in New Jersey Continues Upward Trend”

As quoted in the NJ Law Journal:

Garber said diversity, gender and otherwise, is on the minds of those hiring GCs.

“In every in-house search we are engaged in, there is a desire for a diverse candidate pool,” Garber said in an interview. “They want gender diversity, they want racial diversity, they want religious diversity.”

According to Garber, Princeton Legal has performed well when it comes to finding diverse candidates—half of all lawyers placed over the past two years have been women, he said.

“I’m very proud of that,” he said. “I think it does move the needle, but it’s incremental.

“Every search we are on, we are focused on that.”
