Associate – Corporate

Am Law 200 law firm is seeking an exceptional Mid-Level Associate with 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience to join its fast-paced corporate group. Opportunity for entrepreneurial practice in a collegial and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have in-depth general corporate experience. Experience in M&A and private equity preferred. Finance experience is a plus. Candidate must have excellent academic record. Position open for any office. Baltimore, Chicago, Minneapolis, New York, Philadelphia and Washington, DC preferred. Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors. The anticipated pay range for this role is $190,000 – $215,000.
