About You:
- You have 3-6 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm;
- You have experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions;
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
- You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois, Texas or District of Columbia).
