Highly regarded Am Law 200 firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join their growing emerging companies/venture capital team in the New York, Palo Alto, Washington, D.C. or Roseland, NJ offices. Candidates should have 3 – 6 years of experience handling corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings. Candidates should also have experience managing deal execution and supervising/training more junior associates. The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2022 through 2019 is $260,000 to $390,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
