Am Law firm seeking finance associate with 3-6 years of corporate experience to join the Finance & Restructuring practice group. The Finance & Restructuring Practice Group provides a full range of services to financial institutions, corporate trust businesses and divisions, public and private companies, and private credit. This is a hybrid position and is available in the following offices: Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Des Moines, Florham Park, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York City, Philadelphia, Princeton, San Francisco, Washington DC, Wilmington.
Ideal candidates will have experience with:
1. Corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings.
2. Drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents.
