Financial Industry Group Associate – Latin America Practice

The Financial Industry Group of an AmLaw 200 law firm in New York is currently seeking a mid-level associate to join the firm’s practice. Successful candidates will have 4 to  6 years of substantive syndicated and bilateral lending experience representing investment banks and corporate/commercial banks.  Experience in cross-border lending transactions is required. Experience with respect to funds finance transactions is a plus. The group does highly sophisticated and diversified work. This position has great potential for advancement as the team is extremely busy and needs the support of an associate. Spanish language fluency is highly desirable. Attorneys with derivatives, structured products or regulatory background would not have the experience required.
