Premier Am Law 100 firm is seeking an Associate to join its Franchise & Distribution practice for its Philadelphia, Short Hills, Seattle, Chicago or San Diego office. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of Franchise and litigation experience (preferably gained while practicing at an Am Law 100 firm), a strong academic background from a well-recognized and respected law school, superior research and writing skills, case management experience, and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the top Franchise & Distribution practice (as ranked by Chambers USA) on a broad range of matters for clients in a wide variety of industries.

Requirements: J.D. Degree Minimum 3 years of franchise litigation experience in a law firm environment. State Bar admission in the state you would be practicing or eligible for admission.

The pay range for this position, if hired to work in California or Washington is $260,000-$365,000 per year. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. Compensation includes benefits + hybrid work model
