Healthcare Regulatory Associate

Well respected national law firm is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate to join its Health Care and Life Sciences practice in New Jersey. Candidates should have a minimum of four years of relevant health care regulatory and compliance experience with a demonstrated deep expertise in the federal fraud and abuse laws, such as anti-kickback and physician self-referral claims, and current knowledge of the regulatory framework.
