Intellectual Property Associate – Am Law 100 (NYC, Wash DC, San Francisco, Houston, or Chicago)

The Intellectual Property Group of an Am Law 100 law firm is looking to hire a Mid to Senior Level Associate with at least a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or biology to join its Chicago, Houston, New York, San Francisco or Washington D.C. office. Successful candidates will have 3 – 8 years of experience in patent litigation and, preferably, inter partes reviews (IPRs), and experience in licensing and patent prosecution. Patent bar registration is preferred. Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills and show a high degree of initiative and must possess a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be active members in good standing of at least one bar, IL, TX, CA, DC, NY preferred.
