Highly Regarded Am Law 100 firm is seeking an associate with 4 to 7 years’ experience in employment litigation matters. The position will be primarily remote, and can be based in any of our offices, including our virtual office, with occasional in-office presence as needed for meetings, depositions and court appearances. The ideal candidate will have experience defending employers in single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases and ERISA litigation.
Ideal candidates will have an excellent academic background, solid experience defending employment actions in agencies and court, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be licensed in the U.S.
The salary range for this position is $160,000 – $225,000 dependent on years of experience.
