Global law firm has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a Leasing Associate for its New York City office. The firm is consistently among the top firms on the Am Law Global 100; the Associate will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country. Applicant must have extensive experience and demonstrated success in drafting and negotiating commercial leases (with an emphasis on retail and industrial leases). Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials, 8 years of experience, and a willingness to accept responsibility. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to train and work with a rapidly expanding and nationally recognized practice group. Excellent compensation and opportunity for advancement. New York Bar membership is required.
The expected annualized base salary for this position is $350,000. Salary will be determined based on education, experience, job-related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data.
