Product Liability Associate

The Life Science Health Industry Group of an Am Law 100 law firm is currently seeking two sophisticated, junior to mid-level (2-5 year) Associates for the Philadelphia office. The Candidate must be a licensed PA attorney who has products liability and mass tort litigation experience at a mid to large defense law firm. Candidate must have excellent writing, superior research and analytical skills, experience handling cases, and be able to serve as the point person on litigation, including coordinating with other associates and staff and acting as client contact. Candidate must have demonstrated project management skills and be able to take a case and run with it. Deposition and/or courtroom experience required. Candidate should possess strong academic credentials.
