Ideal candidate has 5-8 years of litigation experience (insurance coverage experience a plus but not required) in the appellate and trial courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with particular emphasis and experience in the trial courts in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Lancaster, Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, Northampton, Lehigh, and Schuylkill counties, and the federal courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania welcomed. PA and NJ bars required; NY bar a plus.
