Patent Associate – Am Law 100 Firm

Am Law 100 firm is seeking an experienced patent associate for its New Jersey office. Candidates should have about 3-6 years of patent prosecution experience in the areas of mechanical engineering and/or computer science, be admitted to the patent bar, and have experience with all aspects of patent prosecution to include U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution.  Experience with inter partes reviews and patent litigation preferred. Trademark prosecution experience is a plus. Highly competitive compensation and hybrid work model.
