Patent Associate (Chemical Sciences) – Philadelphia, Wash DC, or Boston

Am Law 200 law firm is currently seeking exceptional mid-level patent attorneys to join the firm’s busy intellectual property practice in the Philadelphia, DC, or Boston offices. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Must have patent agent experience and/or a degree in chemical sciences, particularly organic chemistry and/or medicinal chemistry or alternatively in the biological sciences. A degree in molecular biology would be a plus. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and must be admitted to practice before the USPTO.
