Brian brings over 25 years of boardroom experience as a Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Director. He’s also a global governance leader, serving in multiple roles on the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Global Board of Directors. Brian has built a reputation for enhancing governance effectiveness and creating vibrant professional communities worldwide. His leadership will help advance the G&S Center’s mission to deliver trusted, actionable insights at the intersection of business, governance, and society.
