Our In House Division serves the needs of our clients across multiple industries including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, energy, consumer products, healthcare, manufacturing, media and financial services. Recent successful placements include the Vice President and General Counsel of a global medical device company, the Vice President of Legal Affairs for a global pharmaceutical company and a Commercial Counsel at a publicly traded specialty chemical company.
Non-Profit/Higher Education Division
Our Non-Profit/Higher Education Division works closely with the leadership at college and university clients and other non-profit institutions to understand particular institutional requirements and to then deliver world class attorneys with higher education or other non-profit experience. We placed the first-ever General Counsel at Stevens Institute of Technology and two University Counsels at Princeton University. In 2013 we conducted two successful national searches and placed two attorneys with the American Museum of Natural History.

Our Law Firm Division provides diverse services to our law firm clients both large and small. At the partner level, we offer retained search arrangements as an enhanced alternative service offering with dedicated resources that are not found in contingent fee engagements. We are adept at recruiting and placing top caliber partner and associate talent. Our recent placements include the Chair of a Labor & Employment practice and a Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Partner at an Am Law 200 law firm.
