Princeton Legal Search Group is seeking a Business Development Associate to engage senior legal and business leaders across the country. This is not traditional sales. You’ll be reaching out to carefully curated lists of executives, General Counsel, law firm partners, and business leaders to start conversations, build relationships, and create opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Engage senior-level professionals in meaningful conversations
- Build rapport and establish credibility
- Ask questions, listen carefully, and uncover opportunities
- Schedule appointments and introductions for our team
- Help generate new business and search opportunities
- Maintain relationships and follow-up activities

Compensation
- Base pay (hourly or salary) plus uncapped commission
