Marc is responsible for all legal affairs at Legend Biotech and has vast experience in the life sciences industry. Marc is a graduate of New York University School of Law and began his legal career with the international law firms Shearman & Sterling and Alston & Bird, where he focused on securities transactions, leveraged financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
