Jacob Franchino is Associate General Counsel with The Connell Company, a privately held real estate development company and equipment leasing company. Prior to joining The Connell Company, Jacob worked for a prominent New Jersey law firm and was responsible for a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, and leasing. He also advised clients on redevelopment and land use matters. Jacob is a cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law.
