Edward Smith is Corporate Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs with Smartlinx Solutions. Smartlinx is an award winning Software-as-a-Service company that provides workforce management solutions for the healthcare industry. Ed is responsible for all legal affairs with Smartlinx and draws from his broad and deep experience as a lawyer and go to advisor to executive leadership. Ed received his law degree from New York University School of Law and worked at Cahill Gordon & Reindell earlier in his career. He previously served as General Counsel for an Aerospace division of Honeywell. Prior to joining Smartlinx, Ed worked for a global telecommunications and networks software company
