Michael Weiner recently joined Fox Rothschild as Partner in the firm’s Princeton, New Jersey office. He is a member of Fox Rothschild’s corporate practice group. Michael concentrates his practice on business formation, mergers & acquisitions/divestitures, as well as the negotiation and preparation of employment agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and partnership agreements. He also counsels his clients on capital formation and handles private placements, venture capital transactions and public offerings. Further, Michael acts as securities counsel to his clients, advising on the Securities Acts of 1933 and 1934. Our Managing Director Melissa A. Peters, Esq. placed Michael Weiner in his new position with Fox Rothschild.
