James Polles is General Counsel with Heller Industrial Parks, Inc., one of the nation’s largest privately held industrial park owners/developers. James is an experienced real estate attorney and former law firm partner. Before joining Heller, James worked for a large real estate developer. He is a graduate of Ohio Northern University College of Law.
