West-Ward is one of America’s fastest growing generic pharmaceutical manufacturers, with over 50 years’ manufacturing experience and over 70 products currently on the market. Phil will be handling all legal affairs for West-Ward’s $400 million business which made headlines last year with its successful acquisition of Baxter’s multi-source injectable business. Prior to joining West-Ward, Phil was VP, and General Counsel serving as the executive leader of the legal and business development functions for a Minnesota-based privately-held manufacturer and marketer of generic Rx pharmaceutical products.
