Kate Perez Whittaker is VP, Assistant General Counsel with CorMedix. CorMedix is a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing innovative products that help prevent life-threatening infections and improve outcomes for patients with chronic kidney disease and other serious conditions. Kate has wide range responsibilities and provides guidance and counsel on alliance management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, regulatory matters, employment, litigation oversight and intellectual property. Kate joined CorMedix from Arxada where she was Head of Legal – North America.
