Our client, a highly regarded boutique firm in North Jersey is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment practice, with a primary focus on labor law matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in labor and employment law, including areas in collective bargaining, and related counseling. Experience with union matters and proceedings before administrative agencies is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school;
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Work Location: Full time. Hybrid/Remote in North Jersey.
