Associate – Life Sciences Health Industry

Am Law 200 law firm is seeking a mid-to senior-level Associate to join its collaborative and innovative digital health team. The candidate must have a strong background in health care regulatory and health privacy matters. The candidate should have experience and an interest in advising health industry clients navigating the intersection of health care and technology, including counseling on fraud and abuse compliance (e.g., compliance with the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute), health information privacy and security compliance (e.g., HIPAA), telehealth, and interoperability and information blocking. Background and experience in health care facility and provider licensing, federal health care program reimbursement and/or technology transactions is a plus.
