AM Law Top 30 firm’s Global Corporate practice group is looking to hire a mid-level associate with significant M&A experience to join our Dallas office. The successful candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in M&A transactions, specifically with preparation, review and negotiation of acquisition and financing agreements and related organizational documents. Experience in fund work is preferred but not required. Relevant general corporate experience will also be considered.
