The Global Corporate practice group is looking to hire a mid-level associate with significant M&A experience to join their Dallas office. The successful candidate will have at least 4-6 years of experience in M&A transactions, specifically with preparation, review and negotiation of acquisition and financing agreements and related organizational documents. Experience in fund work is preferred but not required. Relevant general corporate experience will also be considered. Must be admitted to practice in the state of Texas.
