Highly regarded regional firm is seeking an attorney with a minimum of five years of experience with employment matters including employee benefits law and ERISA, including qualified retirement plans design and compliance, executive compensation, health & welfare plans, fringe benefits, mergers and acquisitions, sponsor and fiduciary risk management, benefit plan documentation, ERISA claims and dispute resolution, governmental investigations and audits, Affordable Care Act compliance, and 409A. Candidates must be in good standing with the New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania Bar.
