Employment Associate

Highly regarded plaintiff-side employment law firm in Northern New Jersey is seeking an experienced associate with at least 3-7 years experience. The firm has argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court on multiple occasions and has secured six figure verdicts for its clients. The firm has no billable hour requirement, a hybrid work model with 2 days remote per week and is business casual. This is an opportunity to gain trial experience and to have significant client contact. Compensation is competitive and performance based bonuses are paid throughout the year. You will be right for this role if you have experience litigating and counseling on employment matters on either the plaintiff or defense side. You should have experience propounding and responding to discovery requests, drafting motions and briefs, attending court conferences and motions. There is a real opportunity to argue motions, try cases and take and defend depositions.
