Fidelity & Surety Senior-Level Associate/Counsel

Well regarded regional law firm with offices in New Jersey and New York is seeking a senior-level associate/counsel to join its Fidelity & Surety team in the New Jersey office. The ideal candidate for this role is a commercial litigator with 7+ years of experience, with significant experience litigating in the federal and state courts of both New York and New Jersey. Experience with surety, construction litigation, and/or insurance coverage matters is a plus. Admission to the New Jersey and New York bars is required.
