Our client, a highly regarded global firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join their Princeton, New Jersey office. Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience with employment-related litigation, including extensive discovery practice, solid writing skills, and familiarity with investigating and defending charges with the EEOC or state agencies. Hands on experience arguing motions or taking depositions is a plus. Candidates should also have experience with general advice and counseling work including employment/separation/restrict
The anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position is $235,000 – $365,000. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
