Our client, a highly regarded global AM Law 50 firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney to join its North Jersey office. Ideal candidates will have 4-9 years of experience in employment litigation, drafting employment agreements and handbooks, counseling, negotiating, and litigating restrictive covenants in state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, including orders to show cause. Candidates must be in good standing with the NJ and NY State Bars.
The expected pay range for this position is $215,000 – $ 260,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
