Our client, a highly regarded AM Law 50 firm, is seeking a candidate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Life Sciences team in its Philadelphia office. Focusing on corporate transactions for cutting-edge, high-growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies in the US, Asia, and worldwide. This includes working with venture-backed private and public companies through a range of transactions, including equity financing, IPOs, M&A, and corporate governance. Candidates should have experience across a broad range of lifecycle corporate and transactional matters, including public company work, registered equity offerings, ongoing SEC representation, and M&A transactions. Experience working with life sciences companies preferred, but the group will also consider candidates who have only an interest in life sciences work (but not direct experience).
Candidates must have general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently, along with outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
