Well Regarded Am-Law 100 firm is seeking to hire an associate to join their Boston, MA office in their government Investigations & White Collar Practice Group
Qualified candidates will have two to five years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and demonstrated written advocacy experience in the defense of government investigations, government enforcement litigation and related complex civil fraud litigation. The successful candidate will also have experience in managing these types of matters, including the development of investigation strategy, the management of responding to government subpoenas, CIDs, or other document requests, and demonstrated ability to master complex factual analysis.
Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
