Private Equity Debt Finance- Mid-Level Associate (Wash DC)

Our client, a highly regarded AM Law 50 firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Debt Finance group in their Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate should have experience representing private equity sponsors and/ or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
