Our client, a highly regarded AM Law 50 firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join it’s Debt Finance group in Philadelphia. Specific experience should include the representation of private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
