Our AM Law 60 client is actively recruiting an associate to join the transactional Real Estate practice group in our Florham Park, New Jersey office. This attorney will be involved in real estate matters throughout the country. Our ideal associate candidate would have three to six years of experience in commercial real estate law, including drafting and negotiating contracts of sale, lease agreements and financing documents. Experience with transactions involving land use approvals and contingencies is a plus. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and very strong academic credentials are required.
