Global Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a Senior level Finance Associate to join the firm’s secured finance group in New York, Miami or Chicago. The group represents clients in a variety of sophisticated secured lending and other debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition finance, debt restructurings, equipment finance, and related transactions. The group serves a variety of clients, among them financial institutions (including bank and non-bank lenders and investment funds), borrowers, and private equity sponsors.

Successful candidates will have 6 to 8 years of substantive law firm experience in one or more of these areas. The group does highly sophisticated and diversified work and is committed to providing substantial support and training. Pay range for this role – $325,000 – $390,000.
