Nationally recognized regional law firm has an immediate opening in its Tech, Privacy and Data Innovations Group at its New Jersey office for an attorney with 6+ years of general corporate experience with respect to M&A transactions representing strategics and private equity, and also representing the sell side, venture transactions and providing general advice with respect to corporate governance. Experience with data and technology companies is a plus. Also, a plus is experience representing vendors in connection with SaaS agreements and representing data providers.
