Our client, a highly regarded AM Law 50 firm, Goodwin Procter, is seeking a Trust & Estates (T&E)- Senior Associate to join its team in Boston, MA. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in all aspects of estate, gift and income tax planning for lifetime and postmortem transfers. Experience in estate administration, advising professional fiduciaries, preparing financial projections, and advising business entities on trust and estate-related issues in connection with transactions and governance is preferred. Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience advising entities and their principals with respect to estate planning in the context of corporate transactions
