Sanja supports the strategic and operational priorities of Princeton Legal Search Group, working across marketing, systems, and internal processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution. She partners closely with firm leadership to identify operational efficiencies, implement practical solutions, and strengthen the organization’s ability to serve both clients and candidates. Her work is grounded in thoughtful execution, scalable processes, and continuous improvement as the firm evolves.
Prior to joining Princeton Legal, Sanja developed a strong foundation as an operational problem solver across academic and legal environments. At Princeton University’s Office of the General Counsel, she supported senior leadership while improving workflows and operational efficiency. In a boutique law firm setting, she managed all aspects of business operations, consistently identifying friction points and implementing practical solutions that supported growth and enhanced the client experience.
Outside of work, Sanja enjoys new adventures, whether skiing mountain trails, exploring underwater environments, or discovering new terrain through hikes large and small. Time with friends often includes experimenting with new dessert recipes, reflecting both her curiosity and her love of baking.
