Simone is integral in providing an outstanding user experience for our clients and candidates throughout the entire talent management lifecycle. Simone works with data management and monitoring metrics to facilitate a smooth flow of candidates from “start to start date”. Simone is very detail-oriented in her client and candidate support with a passion for providing excellent service. Simone makes connections happen.
Prior to joining PLSG in 2013, Simone volunteered in leadership roles at her son’s high school where she chaired large fundraising events. Prior to that Simone worked in the medical field as a Medical and Dental Assistant.
If you are looking for Simone outside of work, bring your binoculars, as she likely will be somewhere in the mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania animal watching or meditating.
