Our client, a full-service national law firm, is seeking a Real Estate/Municipal Law Associate for its Princeton, NJ office. The attorney hired for this position will work on a variety of real estate and municipal law matters, including:
- land use applications and redevelopment law
- land use litigation
- affordable housing issues
- tax appeals
- OPRA and municipal law matters
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of real estate/municipal law experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey
- Experience before the New Jersey Tax Court is a plus
